<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance transmission quality by avoiding a trouble efficiently. SOLUTION: Upon occurrence of a trouble, a trouble message informing means 21 informs a trouble message containing information of a detected fault point to other unit. A repeating means 22 repeats a labeled packet by performing label switching. An integer value calculating means 11 performs functional operation based on the flow information of an input packet to calculate one integer value corresponding to one input packet. A path setting means 12 sorts the integer values by a boundary value to set a sorted section as a path for transferring the input packet and adjusts the boundary value upon receiving a trouble message or depending on the communication conditions. An inlet edge transfer means 13 adds a label to a packet and transfers a packet from a path thus set.</p> |
