PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an external connection terminal for an electronic apparatus which enables safe connection of external apparatus such as battery pack with a main body of the apparatus without having an adverse effect on the wiring efficiency of a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: In the place where a battery pack 62 is installed of a main body frame 61 of the electronic apparatus, a pair of external connection terminals 64 (65) are fixed corresponding to a pair of pattern lines 68 (69) for power supply. The bottom ends of the external connection terminals 64 (65) comes into contact with a pair of pattern lines 66 (67), at a power receiving side, on a printed circuit board 63 housed inside the electronic apparatus body. The external connection terminals 64 (65), equipped with a spring inside, have the habit of projecting a cylinder section made of a conductor both upwards and downwards. The battery pack 62, when installed, therefore, comes into pressure contact with both of the pattern lines 68 (69) and 66 (67), realizing the configuration for the power source not to affect much the wiring on the printed circuit board 63 and for the battery pack 62 to be safe. |
