PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mottle image in a tandem type of image forming device in which photoreceptors composed of rotational bodies are arranged along an intermediate transfer body composed of a rotational body and images formed on the photoreceptors are transferred to the intermediate transfer body by a direct application system, thereby forming a superimposed image. SOLUTION: The peripheral speed of the intermediate transfer body 10 during transfer is made (0.1%) higher or (0.1%) lower than the peripheral speeds of any of photoreceptors (40BK, 40Y, 40M, and 40C). |
