PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the behavior and liking of customers by making the customers answer questions concerning his/her character so as to sort the customers from psychological aspects being the base of the attitude and behavior style of the customers. SOLUTION: This preference prediction server which is connected with the terminal of a user via a network to predict the preference of the user by psychological characteristics is provided with an interface means for presenting a psychological characteristic scale on the terminal of the user and receiving the psychological characteristic scale of the user, a storage means for storing a commodity sorting map, the psychological characteristic scale and a correlation model formula, and a correlation map preparing part for performing customer sorting and preference prediction for each user on the basis of the psychological characteristic scale, the correlation model formula and the commodity sorting map which are digitized. |
