<p>The subject of invention is a process and a device for preparation, cutting and arranging lamellae into an endless tape of insulation core, preferentially mineral wool as the core of lightweight building panels. The invention presented upgrades the equipment and working process of a part of the production line of lightweight building panels based on the lightweight building panel production technology with cut up and arranging of lamellae, in fact for all types of panels which contain the mineral wool core and meet the requirements for good mechanical properties and at the same time for high fire resistance, sound insulation and inflammability. The equipment and the process are part of the continuous production line for lightweight building panels, which is very flexible (changes during its operation, exchange of tools with very short stoppages) and highly productive at the same time. It considers environmental aspects and aspects of health and safety of employees. The process is automatized, as any part of the equipment, to which it belongs.</p> |
