PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a CM recording from being skipped by a viewer, when the viewer views a program. SOLUTION: In the case of instructing display of a program, auxiliary information which are information other than programs and CM information associated with commercial related information are respectively stored, the auxiliary information is acquired and the display of the acquired auxiliary information is instructed. When display of the auxiliary information is instructed, the CM information is acquired and the display of the acquired CM information is instructed.
