PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the amount of bias supply regardless of fluctuation of power supply voltage in a bias circuit supplying a bias current to a bipolar transistor. SOLUTION: The emitter of a transistor Q2 is grounded through a constant voltage source V1 and a resistor R4 connected in series, the base of the transistor Q2 is connected through a resistor R3 to a power source, the collector of the transistor Q2 is connected through a resistor R1 to the power source. A bias current is supplied from the collector of the transistor Q2 through a resistor R2 to the transistor Q1 .
