PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house installed with monitor facility, by which a user can confirm the situation of own home, from a place of visit. SOLUTION: A TV camera is installed in a house, an imaging range and an imaging direction of the TV camera are controlled by an external signal and a video signal obtained by photographing can be sent as an image of a prescribed home page via the Internet.
