PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology by which reproducibility of the shape regarding a thin part of a three-dimensional object can be enhanced in the case of integrating a plurality of pieces of three-dimensional shape data in volume system. SOLUTION: In the case of integrating pieces of three dimensional shape data F1, F2 acquired by measuring the three-dimensional object by performing an arithmetic operation of distance potentials of pieces of the shape data F1, F2 by every boxel of a three-dimensional coordinate system, a representative measuring direction H3 to be stored, for example, in the boxel Vu is calculated by synthesizing vectors weighted according to distance from pieces of the three- dimensional shape data F1, F2 to the boxel Vu regarding the respective measuring directions H1, H2 of the three dimensional data F1, F2.
