PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark distribution system in which a terminal user can freely change a mark in mark data distributed by the center device, and to provide a center device and a terminal. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a map database 1 for storing map data, a traffic control center 3 for managing traffic information such as regulation or congestion, a communication means 4 for exchanging the mark data with the terminal, a mark database 5 for storing the mark data to be distributed to the terminal, and a center server 2 for controlling the respective configurations of the center device. When the distribution of mark data is requested from the terminal, the mark data are extracted from the mark database 5 and transmitted through the communication means 4 to the terminal by the center server 2, and the mark data distributed from the terminal are stored on the mark database 5. |
