摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of fuel battery vehicle which controls sudden drop of an output torque of motor when the power generating condition of a fuel battery is deteriorated. SOLUTION: An upper limit discharge power calculating means 53 calculates an upper limit discharge power (Pcap- LMT) which is a discharge power of a capacitor 3 when amount of power generation of the fuel battery 2 is equal to the amount of upper limit power generation (Ifc- LMT) based on the release voltage (Vcap- o) of capacitor 3 and the upper limit amount of power generation (Ifc- LMT) of the fuel battery 2. An output limit power calculating means 54 calculates an output limit power (PLD) which is the upper limit of the power to be supplied to the motor 10 based on the upper limit amount of power generation (Ifc- LMT), upper limit discharge power (Pcap- o), and power consumption (Pload) of auxiliary devices of instrumentation. A torque instruction deciding means 60 limits a torque command (TRQ- CMD) so that the power consumption of motor 10 and motor driver 5 does not exceed an output limit power (PLD).
