PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that image formation productivity is lowered and carrying control gets complicated because paper feeding intervals are not equal and a part of them gets larger in a consecutive double-sided image forming stage in the conventional double-sided image forming device. SOLUTION: The circulation reference time that recording paper circulates once in a circulation path is set to a short value, thus the paper feeding intervals in the consecutive double-sided image formation stage are uniformized.
