PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station installation of a mobile communication system which can prevent increase of transmission power which is to be generated by deterioration of circuit presuming precision when a beam is transmitted. SOLUTION: When circuit presuming is performed by using a common channel, fluctuation amount of a transmission power control value to a mobile station of a channel to which beam transmission is performed is decided with a transmission power fluctuation amount decision part 110. When the fluctuation amount is dispersed greater than that of mobile stations of other channels and the dispersion is greater than or equal to a prescribed value, it is decided that circuit presuming precision is deteriorated by beam transmission, beam transmission to a mobile station which receives the beam transmission is stopped, and switching is performed to non-directional transmission identical to a case using the common channel. As a result, transmission power control value is stabilized to be a low value, and interference to other cells is reduced remarkably. |
