PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying a powder material by which a powder material not mixed with a solvent can be uniformly applied on the surface of the member to be coated at a low cost. SOLUTION: The method for applying a powder material on a member 38 to be coated by using a coating member 12 includes a first process of depositing the powder material on the member 12 without mixing the powder with a solvent into a liquid state, a second process of transferring the powder material from the coating member 12 to the member 38 to be coated while the coating member 12 is in contact with the member 38, and a third process to smooth the powder material applied on the member 38. |
