PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp heater having an incandescent lamp interchangeable in a conventional heating device which uses a sheathed heater, which does not damage a lamp sealing part even when an incandescent lamp is used as the lamp heater. SOLUTION: The lamp heater, having sealed parts 3 at both ends of a tubular sealed body and a filament 2 enclosed inside the tubular sealed body, comprises an external leading rod 5 electrically connected to the filament 2 formed so as to protrude from the sealed part 3, a mounting and power supplying member 6 having an insertion hole 7 to which, the external lead rod 5 cab be freely slid in, and an elastic member 8 of whose one end is connected to the external lead rod 5 and the other end is connected to the mounting and power supplying member 6.
