PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and easily calculating an optimum value of factor data to produce optional characteristic data by using a method of a neural network and learning a mapping relation between a factor group and a characteristic group of experimental data of design/blending, etc. SOLUTION: A learning data table in which each experimental data in blending/design is united in a tabular format subjected to attribute division between a factor and an attribute is prepared, each column of the learning data table is selected, the each column is allocated to an input layer or output layer, the mapping relaton between a factor group and a characteristic group of the experimental data is learned, the learning results is used to calculate an optimum value of factor data to produce optional characteristic data, also the optimization of design/blending is realized in a GUI environment, and the neural network is learned and the optimization of design combination for blending is carried out by selecting a function tab on a computer screen.
