PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly report error information to a user in the case that an error occurs in peripheral equipment connected to a network even when a dedicated application is not provided. SOLUTION: In this invention, a state of the peripheral equipment is reported by using electronic mail. Also, a language used in the electronic mail is switched.
