PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective circuit for a booster circuit which is used to boost the operation signal in a storage device. SOLUTION: This system includes a protective circuit for protecting the output transistor of a booster circuit. The protection circuit has a transfer gate which is coupled with an output transistor, and is coupled to receive the first boosting signal and the second boosting signal. The transfer gate opens and closes, in answer to the second boosting signal. When the transfer gate is closed, the line of the first boosting signal is separated from the above output transistor, and when the transfer gate is open, the line of the first boosting signal is coupled with the above output transistor. The protective circuit includes a protective transistor, which is coupled with the lines of the second boosting signal and the supply voltage and the output transistor, and when the transfer gate is closed, the protective transistor couples the line of the supply voltage with the output transistor. |
