PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method of the substrate on which a device is formed so that it may not easily be damaged during the manufacturing time. SOLUTION: A support rim is formed at the edge of at least one surface of the substrate and possibility of damages is reduced by this support rim, and an additional treatment is applied to the device.
