PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable resin composition having a stable hue and stable sensitivity and useful as alkali developable DFR for production of a printed circuit. SOLUTION: The photopolymerizable resin composition comprises (a) a binder resin having a carboxyl group content of 100-600 (expressed in terms of acid equivalent) and a weight average molecular weight of 20,000-500,000, (b) a photopolymerizable unsaturated compound, (c) a photopolymerization initiator and (d) a basic dye. The composition is produced from a liquid formulation prepared by uniformly dissolving those components in a mixed solvent comprising an alcohol component and one or more solvents selected from the group comprising (i) ketones, (ii) esters and (iii) ethers, and the composition is obtained by forming a film with the liquid formulation having 30-80 wt.% concentration of the composition and removing the mixed solvent by drying, wherein the sum of all residual solvents after the drying is 0.001-3 wt.% of the amount of the composition. |
