<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production in many kinds in small quantities capable of shortening time until product delivery and preventing estimation products from becoming dead stock due to a sudden change of demands in the case of the production in many kinds in small quantities in which products are delivered matched with the specifications of customers. SOLUTION: The method is provided with processes of dividing the product for which an order is received into a standard unit and a special order unit (S10, S20, S30), imparting a manufacture management number corresponding to an order reception code indicating the order reception to the standard unit and the special order unit (S22, S32), allocating stocks or arranging purchasing for the standard unit (S34), waiting for separate order reception and performing design and manufacture for the special order unit (S36) and assembling the product having the order reception code by using the produced special order unit having the manufacture management number and the allocated or purchased standard unit having the manufacture management number (S38).</p> |
