<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive resistor device which has higher reliability than a usual one having a conventional structure and a thermal flow sensor which uses the same and is superior in reliability and measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A temperature sensitive resistor device is composed of a base 3 formed of insulator, a temperature sensitive resistor 2 formed on a part of the peripheral surface of the base 3 so as to connect the ends of the base 3 together, cap-shaped conductive members 4 which are electrically connected to the temperature sensitive resistor 2 and provided to the ends of the base 3, where an expanded part is provided adjacent to the opening of each conductive member 4, and a protective film 6 covering the temperature sensitive resistor 2. A gap which is specified by the internal surface of the expanded part and the external surface of the base 3 and gradually enlarged towards the end of the opening of the conductive member is provided.</p> |
