<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes time to read data out since a conventional method for reading data out of a NAND type flash memory requires an accompanying process since a CPU needs to participate in every read of data of one word. SOLUTION: The method for reading data out of the NAND type flash memory has a step for specifying a sector on the NAND type flash memory to be read, a step for setting a cache line having an address in an address range correlated to the NAND type flash memory registered as an address tag so that its address hit is made ineffective, and a step for sequentially outputting readout instructions wherein the addresses in the address range are access objects.</p> |
