PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give reliance and relief to a user by speedily and properly handling abnormality in real time during babysitter dispatch. SOLUTION: The babysitter managing method which manages the state of a babysitter sent at a request from the user in real time includes an abnormality reception step (abnormality reception part 16) for receiving abnormality occurrence from the babysitter and an abnormality handling step (abnormality handling part 18) which retrieves another babysitter nearby the babysitter having sent the abnormality and gives a handling instruction.
