<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality of an image to be displayed through a touch panel by using one polymer film by which quater wave is realized over the entire visible ray region. SOLUTION: In the touch panel on which two transparent conductive substrate at least one surface of which transparent conductive films are provided are arranged so that the transparent conductive films are mutually faced, at least one transparent conductive substrates are quater-wave plates or the quater- wave plates are layered on the surface of at least one of the transparent conductive surface, one polymer file including stick compounds the retardation value (Re450) of which measured by 450 nm of wavelength is 60 to 135 nm, the retardation value (Re590) of which measured by 590 nm of wavelength is 100 to 170, to satisfy relation of Re590-Re450>=2 nm and furthermore, wavelength (λmax) to give absorption maximum of ultraviolet absorption spectrum of solution is shorter than 250 nm is used as the quater-wave plate.</p> |
