PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin film transistors and an organic EL display device using the same, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The organic EL display device comprises a high temperature use substrate made of a metal or ceramic, a semiconductor layer including a source area and a drain area formed on a specified area on the substrate, source electrodes made in contact with the source area of the semiconductor layer and used for data lines, pixel electrodes made in contact with the drain area of the semiconductor area and formed in each pixel area, an organic EL layer formed on the pixel electrodes, a common electrode formed on the organic EL layer, and a transparent protective film formed on the common electrode. |
