PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC stabilized power source circuit capable of balancing reduction of a capacitance to be actually provided, suppressing offset dispersion and compensating phase delay at a higher level. SOLUTION: When a terminal voltage Vadj for which the output voltage Vo of an output terminal T2 is voltage-divided is applied to an output voltage adjusting terminal T3, an error amplifier 24 compares a feedback voltage V1 changing corresponding to the terminal voltage Vadj with a reference voltage Vref and makes a transistor 22 drive an output transistor 21. Thus, a stabilized output voltage Vo is supplied to a load 3. Also, by a capacitance increase circuit 32, the equivalent circuit of the phase compensation capacitance 31 of an IC 10 becomes an equivalent capacitance C provided between both terminals T2 and T3, whose capacitance is larger than the phase compensation capacitance 31. As a result, larger phase delay is compensated compared to the case of providing the phase compensation capacitance 31 between both terminals T2 and T3.
