PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo asynchronous bidirectional communication method capable of reducing dummy requests and shortening delay. SOLUTION: A service process includes the time at which the service process desires a client process to transmit a request in a response to the request indicating that a processing is to be started from the client process and transmits the response. The client process transmits a dummy request when the request to the service process is not made within specified time and it does not transmit the dummy request when it is made.
