PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical device, etc., which can effectively use the external output of music data while protecting the right by individually controlling the external output, music by music. When an external output indication is made, it is judged that the copyright need not be protected on condition that the copyright flag CRF corresponding to the music data is '0', and the data are outputted by uploading to an external device through a communication I/F 14 or copying to an FD 24 according to the external output indication. When CRF=1, on the other hand, it is judged that the copyright needs to be protected, an output inhibition message is displayed, and external output is inhibited. |
