PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a schedule notification system which informs a specified small-sized and simple specified communication terminal of a schedule recorded in an intraoffice communication system or LAN system at schedule notification time entered into the schedule. SOLUTION: In the schedule notification system which is structured by the intraoffice communication system or LAN and gives notice of the schedule of an individual or a group of persons, a server records schedule data inputted from a client terminal, etc., in a memory, always monitors schedule notification time previously entered into the recorded schedule data, reads corresponding schedule data out of the memory and converts them into schedule notice data at the notification time entered into the schedule data, and reflects the converted data in an electronic mail text and transmits them to the specified communication terminal through an IP network and a mobile communication network. |
