PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for storing medical data which enables an operator to speedily input medical data without being aware of their storage periods when storing the medical data. SOLUTION: The medical data from an X-ray CT device 5a, an electronic clinical card device 6a, etc., are stored in an internal storage medium 3 of a computer 2 while having their storage periods set. Once a doctor judges that the clinical consultation with a patient ends, the medical data store din the internal storage medium 3a removed to a removable external storage device 4. At this time, the storage period of the medical data are extended to storage periods previously set corresponding to the kinds of the data. |
