PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely specify a local agency in charge for a customer when the customer is newly registered. SOLUTION: A system is equipped with a storage means 15 for storing a local agency database with registered information regarding the local agency in charge including at least the area that the local agency is put in charge of and a customer database with registered information regarding the customer and a customer vehicle, a reception means 16 which receives at least information regarding a new customer including location information on the new customer to be registered in the customer database, a local-agency-in-charge specifying means 11 which specifies the local agency in charge in the area that the location of the customer corresponds to according to registered information in the local- agency-in-charge database, and a registering means 11 which registers in the customer database the local agency in charge specified by the local-agency-in- charge specifying means and the information regarding the new customer received by the reception means. |
