PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system that can more simply restrict a speech at a desired area. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system adopting the CDMA system, a mobile device 30 connected to a plurality of base stations 21, 22, 23 wirelessly at the same time measures a radio wave propagation time between itself and the base stations 21, 22, 23, and transmits propagation time information to a position information control section 12 via the base stations 21, 22, 23 and an exchange section 11. The position information control section 12 calculates the distance between the mobile device 30 and the base stations 21, 22, 23 on the basis of each propagation time information and obtains the position. The exchange section compares range information of a call transmission reception restriction area stored in advance in the position information control section 12 with the particularized position of the mobile device 30 and restricts call transmission reception of the mobile device 30 when the mobile device 30 exists in the call transmission reception restriction area. |
