<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the execution effect of a questionnaire by effectively leading out the original reason of user's dissatisfaction. SOLUTION: In the questionnaire answer reception system for delivering a questionnaire to each access user through a server computer 1 connected to the Internet and receiving answers, the server computer 1 has a step for delivering a questionnaire selectively having several evaluation factors in each question item to each access user, a step for receiving answers to the questionnaire from each access user, a step for calculating a total value or an average value based on the evaluation factors of respective answers, a step for comparing the calculated total value or average value with an evaluation reference value, a step for delivering added questions registered correspondingly to each question item to the access user receiving the answer when the total value or the average value corresponds to the evaluation reference value, and a step for receiving answers to the added questions.</p> |
