PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having improved low temperature fixation performance without degrading solidifying property. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge developing toner containing at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and wax and obtained by a polymerization method, the toner contains both of a wax compatible with the binder resin during polymerization and a wax not compatible with the binder resin.
