PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-airport traffic monitoring system which is tough in the conditional change of contamination or weather, has high reliability and can exactly inform a pilot of a route from a satellite to a runaway. SOLUTION: A microwave tag for transmitting information presenting the class of a moving object by microwaves is attached onto an airplane 5 or working wagon and when such a moving object is to pass a microwave tag reader 10, that information is read and transmitted through a transmitter 11 to a centralized monitoring device 13. Under the control of the centralized monitoring device 13, passing of the moving object is controlled by displaying a stop-line indicator 12, which is provided on a guide road, in color.
