PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding film which shields only electromagnetic waves having a specified frequency, has a superior workability, eliminating the need of contacting a conductive member around a metal sash, etc., and proper visibility from the indoor side to outdoor side when it is light indoors but dark outdoors. SOLUTION: The film having an electromagnetic wave shielding property comprises a pattern-like dark ink layer on one side of a transparent base and a conductor pattern layer on the ink layer; the pattern layer having the same pattern as the ink layer in an aligned condition. The method of manufacturing the film, having the electromagnetic wave shielding property, uses a printing method for manufacturing the pattern-like dark ink layer and the conductor pattern layer.
