PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge the projection member integrally connected to a circular-arc rib of which is not damaged even if ultrasonic vibration is delivered when two halves are welded by an ultrasonic wave. SOLUTION: By applying an ultrasonic wave at least to two halves 4, 5, the halves are welded to form a housing space. The cartridge 1 is provided with a projection member 23 including a projection 23b integrally connected to the circular-arc rib 7 formed at least to the one half 5 and projected toward the other half 4. A rising root 23c between the projection and a base 23a of the projection member is formed to be a curved-face. The cartridge 1 is formed by applying an ultrasonic wave to the halves to weld them.
