The invention relates to a probe for bentonite sampling, having a hollow shape with orifices for water passing therethrough, which, for the purpose of being used in sampling mobile and zoobenthos sediments from sweet or marine still waters, is made up of a head (1) comprising a sole piece having a diameter of 5...10 cm, the body (2) having a variable length of 50...100 cm, depending on the work conditions, with the diameter of 5...10 cm, with lateral orifices (3) arranged circularly at a distance of 1...5 mm above a valve (4), in the lower side of the probe head, and having a diameter of 6...8 mm, allowing the water outlet from behind the mobile disc-shaped valve (4) placed on a sealing polimer material (5), fastened to a valve chair (6), which is integral with the head (1) provided, at the upper side, with an inner thread (7) allowing the probe prolongation with an axle made of material or wood, depending on the water depth.
