The invention relates to a frame which supports toddlers for exercising walking in order to ensure a secure individual displacement thereof. According to the invention, the device comprises two T-shaped tubular elbows (A), having a curved arm, their symmetry members being slidingly connected to one another, there resulting a supporting horizontal member (E) on the back of a wearer, two inclined T-shaped elbows (D) being introduced in the curved upper tubular elbow (A) arms, the T-shaped inclined elbows (D) having the symmetry members curved in order to be rested on the wearer's shoulder, two L-shaped pipes (C) being introduced into the lower arms of the tubular elbow (A), the free ends of the said pipes being connected to one another by means of an horizontal pipe (F) in order to be rested on the wearer's abdomen. All the connections are secured by some security locking (G) and all the supporting points are protected by some safety bourette muffs (K), and at the free ends of the supporting pipes (B) there is attached a baby harness (J) whose dimensions are adjustable to the infant's sizes, said harness being attached by means of some tapes (4) of adjustable length,with buckles (I).
