PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a load monitoring system of an on-pole transformer using the wireless Internet capable of measuring a load condition of the on-pole transformer provided on a distribution line in real time, and controlling a distribution load efficiently. SOLUTION: The current of a secondary coil of the on-pole transformer, the internal temperature of an electric pole of the respective phases and a system body, and the external temperature of the on-pole transformer are detected and computed by a microprocessor, the data are stored in a flash ROM in order of phase current, phase voltage, the internal temperature, and the external temperature. If the microprocessor does not operate normally in receiving a watch dog timer signal, then a reset signal is outputted to the microprocessor and the flash ROM, the data signal from the microprocessor is temporarily stored in a buffer, the data is stored in a RAM and sent to a control center by a modem through an Internet network, a control signal is received from the control center and outputted to the microprocessor, and its transmit/receive through the modem is displayed on a display means. |
