MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polymer electrolyte fuel cell of high quality without leakage failure and with improved cycle life. SOLUTION: A paste is made through a process S1 of agitating solid matter supporting catalyst and a process S2 of mixing the solid matter and resin having hydrogen ion conductivity, and then, the paste is applied on a substrate with conductivity to make up an electrode, which is bonded on both sides of a polymer electrolyte film to make up a unit cell. Shearing speed of agitation at the process S1 is set higher than that of mixing at the process S2.
