PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dealing management system for speedily and accurately determining whether individual dealings with clients can be made and dealing conditions while taking the risk of all the clients into consideration. SOLUTION: The dealing management system which manages dealings between an object enterprise and a client by using a computer has a dealing standard calculation part 12 which calculates standards regarding dealings according to information obtained from at least one of databases 17 to 19 connected through a network 10, a dealing evasion index determination part 13 which determines at least one dealing evasion index regarding dealings according to the risk permissible extent of an object enterprise, and a dealing management server 11 which functions as a dealing condition correction part 14 correcting and determining dealing conditions regarding dealings so that the dealing standards are higher than the dealing evasion index.
