<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form transmission and multiple configuration control(TMCC) information without providing a buffer for temporarily storing respective transport streams in a synthetic substrate. SOLUTION: In a TMCC basic information extracting means 2a, TMCC basic information 4a is extracted from a transport stream 4 containing TMCC basic information 4aa-4ae used for generating TMCC information 5 for controlling to handle a transmission frame 6 and containing main information 4ba-4be showing the details of content. In a TMCC information generating means 3a, the information 5 is generated using the information 4a extracted in the means 2. In a TMCC information combining means 3b, the information 5 generated in the means 3a is combined with the information 4 to form the frame 6.</p> |
