PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten communication time and the display time of a display device by selectively distributing magnification dependence information. SOLUTION: A server system 100 includes a reading means for reading out a reference value specifying the minimum size of display contents to be displayed on the display device 11, a data transmission judging means 103 for finding out the threshold of magnification dependence information on the basis of the information of the display device and the reference value, and a data transmitting/receiving part 102 for extracting information exceeding the threshold out of the magnification dependence information from a data storage part 101 and transmitting the extracted information. A client system 110 includes a data transmitting/receiving part 114 for reading out the information of the display device from a display size storage part 119 and transmitting the read information and a display control part 115 for storing the magnification dependence information and displaying the information on the display device 113.
