Each quarter is subjected to an acquisition phase of geometric characteristics with three sections of the quarter with known gap in order to reconstitute the quarter in three dimensions. This is followed by an optimization phase for obtaining blocks with the help of software, a quarter positioning phase according to optimization parameters and a machining phase of a reference face, the starting point for later saws.
