PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation managing device capable of displaying the existing image forming apparatus on a network which is connected with a PC terminal as a virtual image forming apparatus and performing instruction of maintenance and manual operations in the virtual image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: When a transmission request of information regarding an LP (laser printer) 400 is transmitted to a Web management server 100, a virtual LP is displayed on a Web of a display screen of the PC terminal 300 by a control part 110. A user can recognize a state of the LP 400 by referring to information of the displayed virtual LP. For example, when a failure occurs, the control part 110 is automatically linked with a data base 117 in which LP maintenance information is stored by the control part 110 by using a Web browser from the PC terminal 300 and a supposed cause can be displayed on the PC terminal 300. |
