PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte film, thin but of high strength and with little gas-permeability, and a solid polymer fuel cell using the same. SOLUTION: Liquid containing sulfonic acid type perfluorocarbon polymer is applied on a base material and is dried to form a first film layer, while, separately, a second film layer consisting of sulfonic acid type perfluorocarbon polymer and a fibrilliform fluorocarbon polymer is prepared, and a laminated film obtained by laminating more than one layer each of the first film layer and the second film layer is to be the electrolyte film for the solid polymer fuel cell. |
