PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of realizing density adjustment in a short time by shortening a density target value setting time performed by changing toner concentration by the consumption of toner and replenishment with toner. SOLUTION: This image forming device is equipped with a patch forming means for forming a plurality of toner patches having different density and forming a plurality of density patches on a recording medium, a density sensor for obtaining 1st density data shoeing the density of a plurality of toner patches, a density data acquiring part for acquiring 2nd density data showing the density of a plurality of density patches, and a density control means for adjusting an image forming parameter based on relation between the 1st density data and the 2nd density data. Then, the patch forming means forms the toner patch and the density patch again by adjusting exposing light quantity when all of the 2nd density data is larger or smaller than specified target density. |
