PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pipe line for communication setting and managing method and system capable of efficiently setting a route from a start point to an end point, a recording medium recorded with a corresponding program, pipe line for communication maintenance managing method and system and a recording medium recorded with a corresponding program. SOLUTION: An optimum route is decided on the basis of the route lengths, reliability and costs of completable route candidates by referring to a road information database 3 for storing and managing road network information, a facility database 5 for storing and managing valid facility information useful to set a pipe line together with additional information including facility places, competent persons and facility use conditions, and an environment database 7 for storing and managing names of hindrance and regulations to be an obstacle in setting a pipe line together with additional information including hindrance/regulation contents, places, terms and avoidance conditions for hindrance/regulations, and retrieving the completable route candidates which do not have omission and deficiency in facilities including facility replenishment or new construction in a route on a road connecting a start point and an end point, nor have hindrance/regulations including avoidance of hindrance/ regulations. |
